Everything You Need To Know About the Next-Gen Pickup
The 2025 Jeep Gladiator combines the off-road DNA of the Wrangler with practical pickup-truck capabilities. The Gladiator delivers adventure-ready performance and everyday utility with its 5.5-foot truck bed and a wheelbase that's 19.4 inches longer than the Wrangler. This midsize truck can handle up to 30 inches of water fording and maintains generous ground clearance for challenging terrain. Like its Wrangler sibling, the Gladiator features removable doors and roof panels, making it the only convertible pickup truck available today.
Trim Levels
Standard features on the Sport trim include 17-inch steel wheels, black fender flares, and a standard soft-top roof. The Sport S upgrades to 17-inch alloy wheels and offers optional side steps and a three-piece hard top.
The Nighthawk edition brings a darker aesthetic with gloss black exterior accents, black 18-inch wheels, and body-color fender flares. Rolling on 35-inch mud-terrain tires, the High Tide version includes a High Tide hood decal and a Jeep Performance Parts snorkel.
Distinctive 17-inch black wheels wrapped in 32-inch mud-terrain tires and a gloss black grille set the Willys apart, while the adventure-ready Mojave includes desert-rated badging, orange tow hooks, and hood decals with orange highlights.
The Rubicon comes equipped with red tow hooks, rock rails, and 33-inch all-terrain tires, and the Rubicon X adds a steel front bumper, integrated off-road camera, and 35-inch all-terrain tires. The Mojave X offers desert-rated capabilities, a steel front bumper, and 35-inch all-terrain tires.
Engine
The 2025 Jeep Gladiator has a 3.6-liter V-6 engine that generates 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque at 4,400 rpm, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. This powertrain setup provides reliable versatility for daily driving and off-road adventures.
Performance
The 2025 Jeep Gladiator delivers strong performance with a 0-to-60-mph time of 7.2 seconds. With the Max Tow package, all trims can pull up to 7,700 pounds, while payload capacity ranges from 950 to 1,725 pounds, depending on the trim level. Fuel economy ratings are 17 mpg for city driving, 22 mpg on highways, and 19 mpg combined across all configurations.
Interior
A 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration comes standard in all 2025 Jeep Gladiator trims. The interior includes practical features, such as power locks and windows, a waterproof push-button start switch, and under-rear-seat storage compartments. Available comforts include a heated steering wheel and heated front seats on select trims, and the new Active Cabin Ventilation system adds modern convenience to the Gladiator's practical interior design.

The Willys trim features a rear park assist system, while the Mojave model adds hill descent control. The Rubicon comes with a front-facing off-road camera to assist with trail navigation, and the Rubicon X enhances safety with integrated steel skid plates for underbody protection.
